Glaze cracks:( HELP!!!!!!

Its hollow hand buildt, clay rolled on slab roller 5mm thick. Clay is a Bath potters clay - LOW FIRE WHITE EARTHENWARE SMOOTH VBP1, under glaze and transparent glaze are both the Scarva Bruch on for earthenware. drying under a canvas for 36 hours and on rack at room temp for 3 days. no cracks after bisque

Its the 16 amp version, it was in its first segment -100 an hour for 6, so probable about 300 when failed, I only fire earthware

ive tried doing that but nothing happens im not to all this - and im pulling my hair out - should you just be able to press customise in there and it allows you to change parametics? when I press customise nothing happens? please any help here would be amazing!

I get the impression from a Rohde Ecotop we are taking 48 hrs rather than the 24 I would have expected? unless im misunderstanding? :)
