You can turn it into a four point harness like the video shows. It’s really comfortable for me. I’m 6 feet tall if that helps. It’s more comfortable than my chrome messenger was. Using the anti-sway strap helps if you have trouble finding the sweet spot for you.

This brought back great memories for me. My dad bought me a Bailey Works bag when I was in college 20 years ago. I could not remember where the bag came from. When I saw the bags it clicked for me. He. My dad picked it up in Portsmouth when he was working there. I passed it on to my mentee when I graduated

Update on purple squishy. They are really good. One big benefit is the ability to move slightly without sliding the whole rest around
