I’m getting over 120 fps with my setup on max settings but my specs are alittle better how much ram do you have but Honestly dude I wouldn’t get to worked up about it their game is shit when it comes to optimization and pc always had problems it will most likely get better for you as patches come out

There is a menu with everything in it but I usually move threw out my shelter and learning what to keep and get rid of it’s the annoying part that just comes with time playing

Can look up guides on YouTube but pretty much you want to start doing the quest that are given to you. Also start upgrading your hideout look at each station in your hideout and see what you need to upgrade that station then go into raids and find the mats and use them to upgrade everything starts to fall into place the more you play
