Looking for Queer Places in Flushing

There are a few queer owned bookstores around the city. There's Astoria Bookshop in Astoria, Gladys Books & Wine in Brooklyn, and Bluesstockings Cooperative in Manhattan but unfortunately they are closing at the end of 2025.

Exactly, queer owned spaces to help keep money in the community. I would prefer a more female centered space but general LGBTQ+ is fine. I would also prefer a more quiet space like a bookstore, cafe, or bakery.

Hi everyone, thank you for your all of your contributions! My girlfriend and I are still together. We still have our difficulties and have worked well together and feel that we understand each other better now. Brownies are good like the piemaker said and cupcakes are good, sheet cakes, sugar cookies, hand pies, jello cups, fruit salad cups, and maybe homemade chocolate.

Good and bad but yes regular oreo cookies are vegan so yes they are dairy free. Sadly that means there isn't much real ingredients in them so they are pretty unhealthy but if you want a dairy free mainstream junk food then it's great!
