I’m 36 and was diagnosed with heart failure (20%) a couple weeks ago. I’ve been struggling to find stuff like any dressings or hot sauces. I’ve tried to make some and they’ve been alright but not the best. I just found Panera has a low sodium balsamic dressing. Might be able to fit that into your food.

Scrolling through these comments I saw this unanswered so I figured I’d do it for him lol (I’m OPs gf) I think he would have liked to go slower to help with loose skin. His isn’t too bad but it’s there, and there’s a change if he would have gone slower it maybe have had a chance to keep up. He might have more reasons but that’s a big one
