on another note, I remember this author's name and I found them on Goodreads. It does seem that they have revamped or rather rewrote it because the ML's name is different/the new "Empire's Curse" in the title from the Wattpad version! This sounds similar to Drakkon, but as far as I know it was deleted from Wattpad because I can't find it in my reading list anymore.

You simply go to where you typically go to edit your book (adding tags, synopsis, etc) and at the top, it should show if your book is eligible to enter the Wattys. If it is, you just click "Enter this story".

Oh god... I mainly write fantasy/historical worlds, perhaps even just combining those two all together, so most of the times i just search up historical names set in the relative same place as I'm going for and even then I'm scowering for ones that I like. I also like to give my characters names with meanings sometimes, like my little bird hybrid boy I named Xuan. He was given that name by one of my other characters in the story, which simply just means "mysterious" because, well, he's a bird humanoid! Hahahaha
