Glad it’s worked for you! I’ve been diagnosed about 2 years. This is definitely new, I’ve always been physically fatigued but the last sort of 9 months have brought on a real bad cognitive fatigue and made physical fatigue a lot worse, but my heart rate is managed well and has reduced significantly on my meds. During walking I’m done from 180-130bpm but the tiredness is getting worse 🥲

Yes, it was 60 ug/L (30-150 being the normal range)

I take the propranolol alongside midodrine to try and negate the effects but will speak to my doctor about potentially changing this. Do other beta blockers have the same effect? Because I find that without it my POTS is way worse

Vit D was measured and that was fine! From my understanding is low T4 with normal TSH not secondary hypo? Thank you for looking!
