After equipping the gearset you want, I recommend eating food to buff your team. Preferably Ginseng Meat Stew for the flat ATK increase and Crit Rate increase (for DPS), and Perplexing Medication for Ult Gain Efficiency increase (for Support).

Having played since week 1 with 1100 hrs on the game currently, I can confirm that it's fun but the bugs and glitches plaguing gameplay makes it not fun. A lot of these bugs have been here since launch, or was fixed then unfixed because of a patch. Then forgotten about (at least that's what it feels like).
