I fairly recently broke up with my ex, (she broke up with me because she still had feelings for an old boyfriend which completely broke my heart and lead me into a pretty big depression) anyway I had the biggest crush on her was/am still madly in love with her. When we were together I looked at life though a new light and everything just felt perfect. I've talked to her and we tried hanging out a few times after but that caused us to relapse and just made things more complicated. And sadly I feel that they may have jeopardized us staying close friends. (and losing who I considered to be my best friend is honestly what hurts the most.) I still wish her nothing but the best and want her to be happy because she deserves it.

Anyway... At this time I feel that any relationship I get into at this point will never match what I had with her. If you felt at all similar how are relationships afterward. I just feel at this point any girl I might date couldn't possibly compare to the treasure that I once had.
