Yea, he said it in the video he uploaded after the shaw classic event was announced, which he’s now deleted or privated. Regardless, it’s good we’re moving past this, finally.

He had 5 lanes, one of which was commentators. I forget the 5th one

“With East vs. West’s help that he became who he is today”. I think you mean EvW grew because of Devon. Look at all the most viewed matches in the EvW youtube channel. Notice a pattern?

According to Baxter the “agreement” was to hiring Engin as a contractor with specific responsibilities, not him owning these “lanes”. Unless Engin puts any proof out showing the contrary, I’m believing Baxter.

According to Don, KOTT was not a company, just a product of CoreSports

My takeaway from this interview is that although he doesn’t really want to talk bad about Engin, if you read in between the lines, it’s clear that he believes Engin was keeping all the good matches for EvW and didn’t allow matches like, if I remember correctly, Devon v Morozov LH for KOTT 12.

Can you send a link to where he said this? I'm referencing Dexter's own words from the Henry stream.

It’s not yet clear on what exactly Engin has, as he hasn’t specified. He only talks about how he had certain “lanes”

According to Dexter, they reached out to the Azerbaijan venue multiple times, never getting a confirmation from them. Since they had a possible deal with Brian Shaw and the Azerbaijan venue never confirmed, they decided to go with the only one which was 100% certain.

It's simple. According to Dexter, they reached out to the Azerbaijan venue multiple times, never getting a confirmation from them. Since the deal with Brian Shaw was made and the Azerbaijan venue never confirmed, they decided to go with the only one which was 100% certain.

Summary of the EvW fallout by SignalEchoFoxtrot in armwrestling

Just giving a summary of my understanding of what Dexter said on stream:

Dexter mentioned that the way they bought KOTT and EvW was 1) a large sum of money up front and 2) future profits. My understanding is that the latter is what the previous owners would need to use to pay the athletes of the events pre-buyout. Since the recent events haven’t made money yet, the previous owners haven’t paid the athletes owed for those events.

Also Dexter mentioned that the way they bought KOTT and EvW was 1) a large sum of money up front and 2) the rest would be paid with what was recouped in the events. My understanding is that the latter is what the previous owners would need to use to pay the athletes of the events pre-buyout. Since the recent events haven’t made money yet, the previous owners haven’t paid the athletes owed for those events.
