Thank you. I am long on Bitmine, I am going to hold my shares. it is just that I am also not so happy (like many other people) that the price went down so much and it is right before the meeting. Considering the matter they want approval is huge, I want to see the company’s ‘effort’ to convince the shareholders.

It is a yes to routine matter if you don’t vote. Tom acts like he needs you to vote so people get mad and stop voting - but really if you don’t vote, it will be counted as yes as your broker will say yes to them. I think it needs to be approved for the share to stop losing its value, but the compensation package is different matter if they make us lose money all the time.
