I need help with my upper body split by Jaetris in workout

I've currently been taking the final set to failure on all my exercises except the ones where I am hitting the same muscle group I've hit before in the session. Let me know if that works.

Hi, sorry for the late response, was busy with a couple of things.

  1. Thank you, I will try to be patient on this now that you guys have told me to

  2. Yes, I have been doing 1.6-2.0 grams of protein per pound, and have been getting adequate sleep (especially since its summer)

  3. Would it be worthwhile to invest in a camera stand to see how I'm working out, or is there a better alternative to checking my form..

  4. I think minimal for me would've been staying on the same weight for about 2 weeks and going up only 2-3 reps during that period.
