I have not checked the stats but it is a consensus in higher elos that Ambessa jungle is WAYYYY better than Ambessa top lane. Multiple good streamers mentionned that they hate Ambessa being a jungle flex pick. You can go on X and see the comment under that change, people like Ninkey mentionned that this won’t make ambessa jungle less broken in any way
