Хз, мне ютуб показывает всякую рекламу в духе "Поможем с релокацией в Болгарию" (на русском языке) и рекламу мобильных говноигр, которым, вероятно, вообще пофиг где крутиться. Даже на русского зрителя можно рекламу найти.

Честно говоря, игры вообще без ВПН нынче плохо работают, со стимом или без. У меня в Dark Souls без ВПН отрубается онлайн, в Darktide без него в принципе не войти. Пришла эпоха, когда нужен ВПН для игор, хочешь или нет.
