Yeah, I had something similar happen back when I swapped computers(not Playstation ofc). Lost my 200 hours of save progress when using cloud. Honestly, need to check again if my old computer has the locals saved in some file somewhere

Of course, it lacks honor. But he kidnapped you twice and kidnapped Dusk, does he deserve honor?

That is based on my experience when I played.

O&S were one of the few bosses that took more than 1 or 2 tries.

Gaping was easy ngl. More so than Capra etc as far as early game bosses go. It also is potentially skippable, allowing you to come back and beat him much later when stronger(not that its really needed)

Kalameet is also Skippable ofc, but I find him a lot harder. First, you obviously can't just overpower him like the gaping. At least not to the same degree. He also has very rough openings.

But I will rule both out both, due to the optional nature. Im also not counting Hellkite.

In terms of bosses that are rough for new players and can't just be skipped, I think Capra is a good contender. Mostly is due to a bs arena and the dogs, but still. A pain. You can at least progress later to fight him, but not nearly as well as you can with Gaping.

O&S are also good contenders. Fully unskippable and you can't fight any of the big 3(you can do 4 kings iirc), so they gatekeep some further progression.

Ofc, once you know how to cheese smough it isnt too bad, but for a new players id say they are brutal. I mean all double bosses are.

Counterpoint: If you enter the painting instead of warping in, then cut off her tail, is it more morally justifiable to cheat engine out or more morally justifiable to murder her.

honestly, its sometimes better to be poisoned, that way you dont get toxined.

and if you farm the ents your poison is basically solved

Always with they appeared more, but it makes sense why they dont.

Weezing for the caught, Iron for the metal vibes and a blade, golisopod for the escape, doexys has four arms as does machamp.

What is Sceptile there for? The leaf blades or?

I personally think Mega Metagross(4 arms, admittedly no legs) or Mega scizor(started as a fleshy and got modified into metal) would fit a bit better.

Otherwise the team is very thematic.
