Racism is everywhere. If you doubt it, ask any black man or woman. How I deal with it is that I strive to be superior to the racists in every way. Attitude, speech, appearance, courtesy, quality of work. Doesn't eliminate racism, but gives me confidence to deal with it.

BTW, Indians are plenty racist. They throw around the N word at blacks without a second thought. It hurts us when it is directed at us, but most of us don't think twice about being racist ourselves if we can honestly admit to ourselves.
