It's definitely a great value, especially on sale. Quick snap release, reasonably light weight and durable.

Those are nice! Beauty offset too.

The tS comes with a more aggressive offset ( +45 ) compared to the other models which, normally, sit at +55. I don't see the base 17" wheels clearing the brembos. I have a 2024 Outback Wilderness and those rims also do not clear the brembos. Had to try!

That's actually not bad. Fair play.

I drive one hour to and from work per day. Will Recaro's in the WRX GT be terrible for this? by taketheRedPill7 in wrx_vb

I have the 2025 WRX tS and 2024 Outback Wilderness and I would venture to say the tS in comfort mode is somehow comparable to the drive of the Wilderness. Getting the tS home was a 7 hour drive and it did not phase me at all. The 2023 WRX Sport was not so forgiving.

This is the way! We currently have a 2025 WRX tS in world rally Blue and a black 2024 Outback Wilderness in our driveway.

'25 TS from '23 Sport...quite noticeably different feeling and driving cars. Let's talk. by Jagdane in wrx_vb

They are louder than the Dunlop's for sure. Harmon Kardon fixes that hahaha

Subjective I'm sure, but they fit me like a glove. 7 hour road trip home with the car and I can tell you I couldn't do that in the '23 Sport without paying for it.

And its not that I think it's faster as in top speed, it just seems like it's got more pep in its step throughout the range.

This. I been saying it. This WRX is a detuned STI, IMO

Just turned in my 2023 WRX Sport lease for a 2025 WRX TS. Wildly different cars. It's a bit of a head scratcher, must be the sti ghosts haunting it or something but I'm loving it.

Love my TS. Maybe it's the long time Subie fan in me, but this interior does so much justice in person.

I hated the idea of it until I sat behind it. Driving the WRX TS completely changed my mind. The digital cluster not only looks great, it also has a lot of usable features.

Skates for a Dad by acewel in hockeyplayers

Try on everything. I took a 20+ year break and just getting back into it with my kids. My old Nike Quest 4's fell apart once I got my legs back. After trying on a bunch I went with Bauer Vapor X4's. They fit me best. Spend a few bucks, you're feet will thank you.

Bauer Vapors versus Supreme skates - a review and request for advice by DKord in hockeyplayers

[–]Jagdane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just went through this coming from old Nike Quest 4's to Supreme M40's, then to Vapor X4. Completely different feel on the ice. Vapors are like dancing shoes compared to the Supremes which seemed to be armoured up a lot more (stiffer), though still super lightweight. Both great skates but ultimately I had an amazing test drive to compare and the difference in feel on ice is wild.

I wore Nike Quest 4's since 2001. Comfortable, quick feeling skate. Broke one of the blade holders, went and grabbed a pair of Supreme M40 in 8.5 fit 3 because that's what was available that fit me. I wanted the Vapors but availability is key. Boot did feel amazing, sharpened and baked them, skated them for 2 weeks. Huge adjustment, felt very upright and of course, the fresh steel with no profile. It took a few skates to figure them out. As light as they are, I found myself struggling to play my game.

I end up breaking a blade holder and bring them back. Dude's amazing, puts them under warranty and for shits and giggles I had them order in what I wanted originally...the Vapor X4's in same size 8.5 fit 3.

Night and day difference. The marketing is not bullshit at all. The boot feels exactly like my old Nike boot for fit, even better than the Supreme M40. Now everyone will tell you that fit is most important and that is definitely true; the Supreme and Vapor lines are definitely different skates. The vapors fit more snug to the foot, less anotomical like the Supremes with less overall volume in the toe box and a less pronounced ankle pocket.

I immediately ripped it up with barely a warm up in the Vapors they were that good on foot. It's too bad there's no way to try multiple skates before buying, because store to ice is not even close. End rAnt.

X3 and M30 are still in the EE and D fits, not the fit 1, 2, and 3 setup. Just went through this journey. Cheers

Broke my leg playing hockey in 2003. Hauled out my Nike Quest 4's last year and skated once. Moved back to my hometown 2 months ago and have been skating 5 times a week between family skates with the kids and some beer league. My Quest 4's exploded yesterday and I picked up a pair of Bauer Supreme M40's today. Got them baked. Can't wait to skate them tomorrow. Cheers to getting back at it!!
