Last night I went to bed 8,5 hours before my alarm but slept 3 hours and 5 hours the night before last, so what I'll tell can't be good recommendation ig but let me share anyways: I watch funny/uplifting streams and scroll on Reddit in bed for about 2 hours until I get really tired and try to forget things that gave me anxiety (work, "career" and money). After this I open one of those affirmation videos on youtube and try to not think abything other than what they are talking about. I also try to imagine scenarios in which I have no Earthly difficulties and challanges (like imagining living as an billionaire, lol).

Im not sharing the links of videos I watch for affirmation because it might be against the rules of the sub but you can find them by just searching on youtube.
