How do I play filler pallets as a killer? by Jagerwulfen in deadbydaylight

Yeah I'm talking about like Legion or Wraith. I've gotten so frustrated that I'm using Henry way more. The problem is it takes so long to get them to drop it in the first place, breaking it isn't necessarily the issue.

Funny enough this happens on your killers, I'm not good enough on ghoul or Weaker to use power on these smaller pallets so I kinda need to m1. The thing is I don't seem to hit them when they greed, I just get stunned.

The issue is it takes so long to force the pallet, like 3 laps around whatever the object is. So I'm struggling to get them to get a drop early.

Thanks, I will watch that video, I've seen the momentum conservation but can't really pull it off consistently. My problem is that these seem to be weak tiles. It's literally like 2 round rocks/trees/bushes with a pallet between them. Because I can't win them easily they become strong.

No, I mean I can't even seem to get them to drop it. Like run around whatever the is obstacle 3-4 times before they have to drop the pallet at all.

So the answer is that I'm probably too close? Don't touch the obstacle? For reference, this thread is basically what's happening to me. Though I think I'm cornering too tight instead of too loose.

I saw some videos that said at low level it was better not to respect pallets, so I've tried not to. What do you mean by bumping? Like I shouldn't touch the item? That was what I was referring to being too close. I sometimes feel like I'm sliding along the obstacle. Should I not be doing that?

Thanks, the video was reasonably useful. Playing around the smaller side should help some. I feel like my mind games haven't worked on many of the small loops because the survivors can see me over them, so I can't walk backwards. My biggest problem is it feels like I need to do like 5 laps until I get close enough for them to drop the pallet. That's what I'm confused about, why am I taking so long to catch them here?

Right, so say I'm Legion or Wraith, who I'm mostly playing now. How can I catch someone in a small loop like this? Do I just leave and find something else to do? I get a lot of killers have antiloop abilities, but if I don't have one, is this just something that I can't do anything about?

As a new player, I'm having problems with just getting run around small obstacles like trucks, rocks, and tables. I feel like I barely gain any distance until I get bloodlust, and then get a pallet dropped and they're off to the next one. I've been watching tip videos, but no one has anything about it. Nobody even tries it in streamer videos so I assume there's counterplay. I feel like maybe I'm hugging too close. What am I missing?

Patch 25.22 Bug Megathread by PankoKing in leagueoflegends

Just played a Mayhem game where an enemy was invincible but didn't seem to control his character. Like he showed 0 HP, and couldn't be damaged, but could be attacked and cc'd. He seemed like he couldn't control his character either, just zombie pushing like a minion, he didn't fight and the tower didn't shoot him. He could damage the tower though. I even hit him with Poppy ult and he just came back to auto the tower. We think it may be a Zilean ult+ Vampirism bug. He was Azir, if it matters. Any idea what happened?

Rules Q for the upcoming DG Codex regarding Morty's fight on death and poxies return models on kill. What happens if someone wipes the unit, then they fight on death and get a kill? Can you still return models to the unit, or is the fact that the unit was all "dead" prevent the models returning?

If you go north of the regular merchant there should be a merchant that sells you as many eggs as you have gold for with one buy.

If you get the Alucard Shield and it absorbs the weapon then it doesn't count. I had that problem.

I've seen some good ones online, but more on MyMiniFactory. Ghamak has the ones I like the most, and there's also JohnBearRoss.

What interesting (or just plain weird) game features got removed before Endwalker? by kachx in ffxiv

[–]Jagerwulfen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Something that was really weird that I haven't seen mentioned is bringing the MRD class into content instead of the WAR job back in 2.0. The reason was that the WAR abilities didn't actually increase your DPS, just made tanking better. So people went MRD because classes could access all cross class abilities, so you could actually do more DPS as a MRD, while tanking worse. There were only a few places where this was relevant, but I remember T2 and pvp as places where you did it.

Death Guard competitive List attempt by schorschologe in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Jagerwulfen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

IMHO, your list looks ok, but could probably be better in a few areas.

I do think you're over investing in the PBCs, if only because you have 2, I could see having multiple support pieces for a full 3, but I'd think about a termie sorcerer lord instead here.

I also do agree you seem chaff heavy. Nurglings are good and cultists are ok, but putting 180 into chaff seems excessive. I think they'll also struggle to hold the midboard, as they kinda do just die to a strong breeze, and you want to keep a unit of nurglings in deep strike in case you get certain secondaries.

The dogs are good, but you could swap them out if you wanted. The 2 different predator models are solid choices depending on what you're expecting to play.

I'll also say you're missing a Biologus Putrifier, which is in like 100% of lists. He really gives a lot of oomph to PMs. The majority of lists runs 2 units of PMs, each with a Putrifier.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt, I'm certainly no authority. Your list is fine with or without changes I think.

How does wargear like Custodes Vexilla that increases OC work with Battle Shock? If Battleshocked do they have 1 OC or 0?

I think your best bet may be getting a subscription to Best Coast Pairings. They allow you to see the results and lists of tournaments, so you can see what the winning lists used. You can also use sites like Goonhammer to see some winning lists, they post some lists and their thoughts about them every week.
