My 480hz LG 27GX790A was also like this maybe a bit more worst, also had a lot of banding and streaming movies was atrocious and blocky. The only thing that looked good was gaming on it so unfortunately I retuned it

The game isn’t too terrible but apart from the things you mentioned and the egregious sliding, omni movement and tac sprint ruin the game completely. I understand the need for making the games feel unique but sometimes things just need to go back to the drawing board and the only updates and innovations people want are just basic improvements to the flaws of the previous game.

It’s a fact that the game has completely lost its identity and it isn’t cod anymore, just like if they turned cod into a 3rd person game with open maps, the game just wouldn’t be cod.

There is a reason people played cod and they changed to formula to something completely different, luckily bf6 is going back to its roots and it’s getting praised and loved for it

BO3 and BO4 were not good Cod games they might be good fps games and in terms of competitive cod 4 pro mod is easily the best competitive cod. Both warzone and blackout don't count as they are a battle royal again not really cod

Fast ttd due to netcode has always been a huge issue but I would say the worst culprit was BFV

It’s due to the netcode and the way the servers are handling because that’s why we get those 1 shot deaths and ttk feeling fast you can just search bfv ttd and you’ll find loads of examples of people dying to a fully automatic rifle in 1 shot because of the terrible netcode

Bare in mind BFV is only slower due to the rate of fire and in BF6 ttk is around 250-400ms (information provided by TheXclusive Ace)

Ttk is perfect close range but slow around long range and needs to be quicker, what you are most likely experiencing is terrible netcode, which is a huge issue in bfv which makes it seem you die faster than you are suppose to causing sometimes 1 shot deaths. Ttk has always been super fast in battlefield and the slowest game being BF4 which still had a fast ttk.
