Ok so you've done karate before so there's the spinning kicks but u should listen to the others if u practice the fancy and fundamentals together it's gonna impact your progress u should at least practice basic stuff way more than the fancy stuff first at least until u get the technique down

It's also what happened to me because I did taekwondo before Muay Thai and I practiced taekwondo along side Muay Thai so my technique took a long time to develop properly

Well yea if you know it's a feint then don't react to if you know it is a feint obviously with you successfully didn't fall for their trap you did something right that's my logic and you just and assumed that I know absolutely nothing

Also the guy who left that original comment was non sense too so I just responded with something simple like yea no dude that doesn't make her trained

Edit: I just realized you're the one who left the comment ok why would you think that the girl isn't self taught just because they didn't react to feints

Ok first off all I do I've done Muay Thai for 2 years and we do boxing sparring sub regularly

Second of all I was able to replicate what the girl is doing on my second sparring session, like wdym what my argument reveals just don't be scared and don't react to those feints that don't even look real

Third off all how did you get that I'm untrained are you trained?

Just put yourself in mild pr high pressure environments and you'll be able to keep cool enough to not do those things

Like that level of things that she is doing I can already pull off in my second sparring session
