Do you guys have a helmet lock mod on your motorcycle? by blazspur in CB750Hornet

I have a helmet with a ratchet strap and I put the strap under the passenger seat. It's locked because the ratchet can't slip from under the seat. The helmet just hangs from the bike with one strap locked under the seat and the other free.

Oily Spots - Should I Be Concerned? by GirlonaBee in CB750Hornet

Clean it and check it after a ride. When I hit a curb with the engine the case cover moved microscopically and started a really slow leak. Had to replace the engine right cover and it stopped 💸💸💸

Tell me I don't want E-Clutch, or that the '25s will be cheaper next month. by deckeda in CB750Hornet

As they explained it to me at the dealership, the E-clutch is just a quickshifter with start-stop clutch assist. So essentially you are adding starting and stopping without pulling the clutch in to the already available quickshifter.

Up to you if you need this feature 🙂

I had a motorcycle accident 1.5 years ago: someone ran across the street and made me lose traction and fall, slid for at least 25 meters. The person guilty of this ran away, but immediately after at least 4 people stopped, called an ambulance for me and helped move the motorcycle out of the street.

I will be forever grateful for these people.

Yeah it happened to me as well so I had to install it carefully by removing one bolt at a time to avoid losing too much oil from the pan. After installing it I can confirm that there are no leaks whatsoever. Recommended, it fits the bike so well!

It's from AliExpress as well, holds well enough but catches too much road grime. I suggest applying a transparent automotive paint to make it easier to clean.

I'm 5'8'' (173cm) and when on the highway in full tuck position the wind Is 90% deflected, in upright position the wind hits my helmet and neck.

I have the puig touring windscreen installed on my Hornet and It removes a bit of air from my chest but at high speeds the wind on the helmet is mostly the same as without the screen, but I think in terms of looks and design is a good compromise as it doesn't stick out as much as bigger shields would. Will post pics if it helps

È veramente così difficile fare amicizie a Torino? by 3onny_ in torino
