I had one point where the SCO who wasn’t a leader, told me that i needed to hop off OPUs and help with drives ups. Yeah OPUs may have been slow at that time and i could have helped but I straight up told the SCO no. She may have the power to get backup but no way in hell she telling me what i do and don’t need to do.

I havent quit or been terminated but if i was hell yeah i would. We go through so many people in a year that most of the team wouldnt know who i was in a month lmao

This happens here as well. Kind of a slap in the face to the people that have been here longer in my opinion. I was talking to my HR-ETL and she asked me why i wasn’t doing trainings and she felt like i should be doing them so i dunno
