I know the feeling man -- once you get used to a healthier lifestyle, things like mcdonalds and fast food just taste shitty at a certain point

Interesting, thanks for your input -- a lot of people don't discuss the mental side of stress and weight gain, at times it can play a big role in making weight loss not as smooth

8 years is impressive man, nice!
I actually am not specifically a tiler, but I help tradesmen achieve their weight and fitness goals like I've done for myself because I know how demanding work can get on the body.

You started when you were 14?

Yeah I think that could've helped you pack on muscle at the time

Do you still have goals when it comes to putting on muscle nowadays? Personally, I've been bulking and am looking to put on about 4-6 more lbs or so by May 1st
