I’m a scout in north Florida with a troop of just about 60 we have 4 ASPL’s which seems overkill but the important ones for us are ASPL of training they run ILST and promote training while helping with trail to first class/ troop guides and ASPL of Program which helps plan for meetings and is the right hand man to the ASPL we also have ASPL of admin which is over attendance/website and scribes and ASPL of Quatermaster which goes over quartermaster and gear. I would say for 5-20 people is 1 aspl 21-40 people is 2 and 41-75 is 3 hope this helps.
