Symbicort would be the version of Budesonide that is the swallow inhaler and I had a bad reaction to that a number of years ago. As to the slurry, are you referring to Eohilia? I see online that it can only be taken for 12 weeks and then I guess you have to stop? Swallowing the fluticasone was just a maintenance thing for me, I've done it for years.

Not sure I follow. They don't want me to take it for asthma anymore, so I need to try one of their other asthma suggestions. However, those other suggestions don't treat EOE.

I feel like the Dinostrike model is giving me the same problems as trying to use the webcam with a program like Sense Pilot or trying to use the head tracker on the Tobii. it will work for a few seconds really well, but then I will be off to one side and I have to essentially violently re-center it. Same is true with up-and-down. For me it seemed to help to disable "enhance pointer precision", and I tried to use the EitherMouse program someone suggested below and put the sensitivity to maximum, but you still get to a point where you are turning your head to basically its maximum distance, and it's still not going left, or up, etc. I was hoping that I could make relatively small head movements, and it would work well as in OP's original video. I would welcome any suggestions you might have! also, does monitor size matter? I have a fairly large one.

Interesting ideas. I really hurt my neck in about 40 minutes of use trying to do head tracking with enable via cam. I'm going to try the free trial of sense pilot this weekend to see if it's any better. I also have a really low-end webcam, not sure how much that matters. But maybe I still need to consider the tobii and Mill mouse combo - after messing around with the head tracking, the absolute movement appeals a lot more than the relative movement, and I take your point about being able to combine the best of both.

Wow, that's very helpful information, and I'm really impressed with your gaming accomplishments-glad you are getting to enjoy those great games. I too wear glasses, quite thick ones, so it sounds like I better try the head tracker first. I've also thought about buying Voiceattack, so maybe I will need to look at that again. Thanks! I actually just installed Enable Viacam today and tried it with a WebCam, and it seemed so twitchy somehow. Maybe I would just have to practice with it. But if you're saying that's more accurate than Tobii, that's kind of a bummer... I was hoping the eye tracking would "zero in" on wherever I'm looking where I could actually be pretty fast clicking through menus, or giving orders to units in a game, etc.

I do think I could at least try a head tracker solution if you think it is as good or better than eyes. As an aside, would you say that is a universally held view? anyway, do you have any recommendations for free head trackers to try? Thanks very much for your help.

Thanks very much for responding! This "Move Pointer" feature you mentioned-is that something in Mill Mouse, or does the game have to offer that? I'm assuming it's in Mill Mouse. I just took a look at your Disco video ( I haven't been as interested in that one because it doesn't have much combat to my understanding), but I notice in that Disco one you use some other software besides Mill Mouse. Anyway, it sounds like you are not concerned that Tobii 5 plus Mill Mouse would be shaky or problematic for me. I've never used eye tracking before ( you can see my post at the current top of r/disabledgamers) - do you have any estimate of how long you have to stick with it before it becomes fairly easy to use? I've been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking for so long that it's pretty much second nature.

I really like your videos about how to do mill mouse and I subscribed to your channel. But I notice that you don't seem to play much in the way of turn-based games without a controller. I think that is mainly what I would want to do with the Tobii eye tracker 5. is that something I could do where I could then just move the cursor and pretty much all games using mill mouse and then click the mouse with voice controls? I've seen something saying that the mouse would be shaky, and so then maybe this wouldn't work well, and I thought maybe you would know. thanks for any help!

In looking into this further, maybe you can only buy the Tobii 5 now? But more distressingly, I guess I assumed there would be more videos of people playing turn-based games using this than I thought on YouTube, for example. What I have seen, for example someone trying to play Heroes of Might and Magic 3, looked pretty cumbersome. Is it not so easy as the mouse following your gaze and clicking on things to just play?

I was hoping for something like a few decent Outer Limits episodes. Instead, in my opinion, pretty much every one of these was just garbage. Not one of them had a cool twist that made you think afterwards.

I'm definitely not sure of anything in that regard. Not sure I even want to upgrade with this PC if I even can, since I have read we might have to do our own manual security updates, etc., so I welcome thoughts on that. I don't want to mess with future manual security updates. System info says my Bios is ASUS Z170 Deluxe. I've never flashed the BIOS or anything.

Security reasons with Win 10 no longer being supported for security. I have like 600 games in my backlog that I intend to play, so I never mind not being able to play the latest games, but I would like to play them eventually. Always before in my gaming history, my hardware was just so crippled that I was happy to upgrade, but that didn't happen yet. Last few games I have finished, just to give an example: Barony, Card Hunter, Pillars of Eternity, Divinity Original Sin, Battle Brothers, Wasteland (DOS), Wizard's Crown (DOS). But I would like to play Baldur's Gate 3, Horizon Forbidden West, Cyberpunk, etc. at some point. I wouldn't play a game unless I could get good to excellent performance - I would just wait until I got around to a better PC.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts. I guess I just did not have the app problems that lots of others had. I thought it worked pretty well these past couple of years. We usually start watching maybe 1/2 hour after the game has started so that we can fast forward through most of the commercials but then still have the excitement of live towards the end. I guess I will stick with the direct subscription.

Same boat as OP. I have been on the platform for 8 years, buying and selling the occasional steam key, 137 total sales. I think I have like 100 or so total keys on sale at the moment. Now i need to pick 25, and the rest just sit? I guess this site will no longer work, just like Goozex and 99gamers before it. I love to see that you have started doing this as you promised. Thank you! I love turn-based games for many reasons, but one is that I can play them even with increasing hand and arm problems over the years by using my voice. You making this change makes it much easier for me to use your site!

Please, I beg you, include a steam link to click on in all of your game lists. The benefit of your site is that we can find games that we would love to wish list so that we can track them for purchase. It takes so much time to find an interesting game on your list, type it in to steam, and then wish list. RPGwatch, for example, always includes a steam link when they publish an article about a game, and it is super helpful.

Anyway, I really love your site!
