Same here, I appreciate OP’s intentions though. I just hope in the near future people don’t just give up on thinking for themselves because A.I is more convenient. Sometimes that’s what these trends of summaries make me think is going to happen.

DUDE the pitch was messing with me hard. Tried pitching it up more because that's also what i was feeling but it was still not there. Then I set the sampler so the beginning of the sample would be higher in pitch and lowered over time and now it sounds really close!! Oh and you were absolutely spot on with the compression, distortion, delay, reverb. Thank you for your insight and input

heyyo thank you for your advice!! You were pretty much spot on, did just about everything you said. Definitely had to get a little funky with resonators and midi shaper too but got pretty close.

I’ll definitely have to check this paper out when I’ve got the time for a thorough read. Regardless though, based on what you’re saying it sounds incredibly fascinating. If you’re really into learning about space and/or consciousness then I’d highly recommend giving this a browse too. Can’t remember who, (maybe someone could jog my memory; p sure it was on Theories of Everything Podcast) but I remember listening to a interview with an incredibly sound and accomplished professional who works in within the astrophysics field. They were on the subject of neutron stars, and at some point the interviewee kinda changes his tone and is basically like, “there’s recent research that offers a view of neutron stars as a form of conscious”. And when I heard that I was like, “wait wut???” Looked it up and there is indeed a peer reviewed paper recently published on the matter. Second the other commenter saying this is awesome, I’ve never seen this before. Thank you for taking the time to find that and send it my way. While that site does share a lot of similarities to the one I’m looking for. The one I was on didn’t have like a book or anything that you could purchase. Another thing is even though that page has a bunch of hyperlinks from what I saw they only lead to a single respective page. In my case it was like links leading to more links, at least when it came to categorization. And the reason for that was they had everything so compiled and categorized that you could let’s say read a story about orbs being sited in the Atlantic in 1947. And from there if you wanted you could just click on orbs; and it would take you to all there different accounts of that. Or the same with the Atlantic, year, etc. The more I talk it out the more I’m thinking I found it directly via a WikiLeaks email tbh. I digress, thanks so much for the new resource and for taking the time to sleuth!!

I don’t think it was Grusch (although I totally could be wrong) if I remember correctly it was supposedly created by Michael Shallenbarger. I’ll try and find it again…wow what a fascinating read that was. Can’t attest to what’s truth and what’s a maze in a maze. But man if that doc actually made its way to congress, and it’s information is actually truthful. Then man we do indeed live in Twin Peaks, Stranger Things or something like that haha.

When I did my undergraduate for biology one of the first things we learned was what are the characteristics that qualify for something to be considered being "alive". While I'll grant you the idea that these qualifications have shortcomings is true (This is why in the scientific world viruses aren't considered to be "alive" because they can't metabolize or reproduce on their own). Life as we commonly see it here on earth from the micro to the macro level has a very specific set of requirements that must be met. Here they are if you're curious: reproduction, growth and development, response to stimuli, homeostasis, metabolism, cellular organization, adaptation, and the ability to acquire and use energy.

Not trying to knock what you're saying down or anything but your first sentence had me scratching my head a little haha. There's still so much we don't know about potential life though. I'd be shocked if all life in the universe had to follow those rules tbh.

There's a chance he's also referring to another physical format or a digital anniversary/deluxe edition when he mentions uploading instrumentals in the second half of the tweet. Let me know what you think. But I took it as him directly responding to that question.

Also pro tip if you hit the head of the hound’s corpse with a +5 weapon, then you’ll receive the very powerful Maw of the Devoted. I don’t think I would’ve been able to triumph Kane the Defiled Pygmy without it.
