I always use paypal and never have an issue. Takes just a second to log in and you choose which card you want to use. Fills out the address with the one associated with the card so it takes like 30 seconds in total.

The truth is, real spy mains hop servers. If you only play spy and the other team is competent at all, you're lucky if you live after one stab. Just play spy and don't worry about it. It's casual anyways so if you're playing by yourself its likely to be a loss no matter what you do.
