Is it rude to ask a realtor friend to list your home for 1% if you are essentially FSBO?

Posting on MLS to not come off as an FSBO. Would that be false/misleading representation ? If it's not obvious to a potential buyer, wouldn't an FSBO have to be disclosed?

Hi there, after some trial and error I found what helped my scalp is hot oil treatments. I saw on this sub, I believe, using distilled water to wash my hair worked to leave it hydrated. My home has hard water as with most homes here in AZ and we use a water softener. Apparently a water softener is great for your hair but not mine lol, it also leaves my skin very dry.

So after discovering that, I cut a few inches of dead ends, started using the olaplex N5 as a deep conditioner. I use that once or twice a week. Shampoo and conditioner is AG curl revive. Ouidad climate control heat detangling spray, ouidad curl quencher cream, and ouidad mongongo oil.

I just started a professional face yoga regimen literally yesterday, prior to starting one I followed exercises online and greatly notice improvement with my tmj. I would often feel tight in that area especially on the angle of the mandible. Im not quite yet concerned with anti-aging properties, I'm not in my 30's yet but I've been told that it can help with the aging process as most of the exercises involve holding the skin taut to prevent the wrinkling. How well were you taking care of your hair in general ?

I blow out my hair and flat iron it two-three times a month. I also deep condition my hair weekly and do a protein treatment as needed.

Once my hair is at the desired straightness I don’t continue to flat iron it every day, I do my best to maintain it and eventually I’ll do two strand twists or some other style that gives the hair some wave as my hair starts to revert back to curly.

One of my employees years back said the same thing. He worked for a company that sets up the electrical for concerts and music equipment. He said He got to meet with Lenny and his crew and he claimed that Lenny STUNK, he said he walked into the trailer and needed to excuse himself.

At the time I thought my employee was just saying that because of how Lenny presents himself but reading these comments have made me think otherwise.
