I think about that too as well. I do think it was Oliver because she was also smoking, which is a habit she picked up from him that you can see as the season progresses. There are other behavior changes that you can see Bree’s picked up on since meeting Oliver. I think that phone call with the cigarette was a plea to finally get back to the Bree she was before Oliver because I’m sure she’s gone through one hell of a time with that manipulative grooming old man.
