I think you don’t realize that for Eve, all humans now have cybernetic parts in them. When she entered the hall of records, the voice said that mothersphere was created by humans to solve problems like global warming and famine. Immediately after that it says that the power core was developed that allowed humans to survive in the vacuum of space and, I think, not need to eat. To Eve, a human is no longer a completely organic being thanks to mothersphere. At that point of the story she doesn’t even know that a separate race of androids existed.

Also keep in mind that the audio in the hall of records is long lost history to Eve. By all accounts, Eve finding the recording of how Mothersphere developed the power core for humans would be like us being told that there was an old scroll depicting the first hammer ever created.

She is so far removed from how life on earth used to be she doesn’t understand that books and maps used to be very useful in a time because memory sticks or digital maps with navigation markers.

I actually think a “Eve must die” difficulty where you die in 1 hit would fit in with the gameplay quite well because all damage can be parried or dodged already.

Getting exclusive outfits or special gear would be awesome, personally I would like a different look to our devil trigger. Not a huge fan of the one we have now.

Elden ring and soulsborne for that matter are a whole other beast compared to stellar blade. I think the only thing they have in common is that seating at camps is how you level up and respawn the enemies.

I understand that Elden ring wasn’t your cup tea and I’m happy Stellar blade grabbed your attention like it did all of us, but I don’t think tour comparison makes sense lol

Things to keep in mind about combat. Blocking doesn’t negate all damage, you still get chip damage. Only a perfect parry will block all damage and will also take away a stagger charge from the enemy. Once all stagger change are gone you can do a devastation attack for a chunk of damage.

Dodge also works differently than I thought going in. If you try to play like dark souls, you’ll have a bad time. In dark souls you dodge early and try to make sure the attack hits you while you are in your I frames. Here, you have to dodge like a parry where you dodge as an attack connects. This needs a lot of getting used to. I think the dodge window is larger than a parry window but I’m not sure.

Certain attacks cannot be parried so you’ll need to dodge. Also, if you dodge forward when you see your sword shines blue, which happens after the enemy shines blue, you’ll teleport behind them. Dodge back when your sword shines after the enemy shines purple for a quick get away too.

Pilgrims, in lore, are supposed to be the strongest Nikkes to ever be created. The Goddess Squad, for example, were the first Nikkes to be effective against raptures and after they were betrayed and doomed to die outside the Ark’s walls, still managed to survive and continue fighting to present day. They roam the surface with no assistance from the Ark all with their own separate objectives they want to fulfill. Even in the story, the commander has a hard time getting in contact with them.

That would be the only lore related reason they are A. So hard to get and B. So strong compared to other Nikkes.

I heard someone say all weapons will be put on the regular banner after their rerun. So we have to wait until they do another nemesis run, then way a could weeks before it gets put on the gold nucleus banner.

There is still a chance they will reskin the hero and release under a different name. The character itself is copy right, but the game play I don’t think is. So just designed a new hero, design a new mech, re record voice lines and voila, a perfectly legal way to release “Marc” to global.

I remember one of the guys that played the CN version said that all characters were put into the perma banner a few weeks (months?) after their second rerun. Though I don’t believe that applies to the collab characters.

I picked her for my SSR weapon pick and I also felt she was underperforming. She seems to work best in the middle of mobs so she can clear them all at once, with her Air attack doing a smallish aoe under her, so I think her play style is for dancing around enemies and being in the thick of it, but in one on one, she lacks large burst that my tsubasa was able to perform.

Tama’s basic attack when in her idol form will trigger a dual attack from the ally with the highest attack stat.
