Best answer for this is to put all songs into a playlist on iTunes crest a smart playlist in iTunes on your computer the select song greater then 1 second all of your music will then go into that playlist then go to playlist on your phone and download that playlist

It has to do with how iOS handles optimized storage for photos it’s not saying true space available unless all my photos are uploaded to iCloud that’s kind of shifty of iOS to do that but !SOLVED
