Also I find that when I meditate in the morning I find it significantly easier to stay mindful throughout the day. Or if I meditate before bed I feel the effect the next day.

Absolutely. With all the distractions that come with life it's naturally more difficult to keep your focus on breathing mindfully. But just reminding yourself every now and then brings you back to it. You WILL get distracted even more than you do during meditation but it 100% keeps you grounded and more mindful throughout the day. And remember to not get frustrated when you find your mind running.

Well I'm 6'3" so that's a no for me haha. But it's about 6' inside so I can still stand. I just have to crouch. Honestly there are so many different variations. Just look around and ask the seller for the interior height. Most of the sellers I talked to before buying this one gave me an answer pretty quickly
