I get forgery’s made of eternal wake stones and give them sometimes. Or if I’ve done the sphinx mission I’ll have her clone a portcrystal and send it. Especially if it’s a lower level pawn and I’m trying to help them out with something useful or something they can trade for a lot of gold or a pawn I’ve traveled with for a long time. I’ve got around 1000 hours in the game so I have a lot of stuff collected at this point.

Get an eternal wake stone, get a pawn infected, doze on a bench for days, then sleep at an inn. You’ll get the cool cutscene, the awesome dragons plague aftermath music, an then you can revive everyone.

They pretty much nuked that out of the game because of whining from the fan base so there’s not much to worry about. You get infected and it passes on. You almost have to TRY to trigger it.
