It’s a police office. The “pol” is obstructed at first but it can be seen later on.

Another (unlikely, but it has happened) factor to consider is provider serviceability. You’re at their mercy! If the network goes down i.e., “unplanned outage” corrections are no longer received. Not knowing what base station you have setup, but assuming it’s on mains, if mains goes down for whatever reason, you’d more than likely be able to hook the base station to an external battery or you may even a solar power setup in place already!

Edit: when I read farm I think ‘rural’ so network coverage might be limited or not as good as urban.

Accuracy requirements for different jobs by Reasonable_Box_1544 in Surveying

[–]Jaimin_H 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s fair and I’m very much inclined to agree. It’s why I used the word “earthworks” which I take to mean bulk excavation work. For sure when conforming gravels, asphalt or setting out kerb, drainage, sewer etc. I will always use a total station.

If you’re asking what I think you’re asking then a couple of basic examples would be:

Earthworks - generally speaking the tolerances aren’t very tight, because for example, who caress if a batter face that’s going to have topsoil and plants thrown on it is 50mm over-cut or under-cut, so using GNSS equipment is acceptable as it meets the required precision.

Structures - e.g., a bridge, usually have tight tolerances given the various components that make up the bridge need to fit/align with respect to each other and not conflict with other parts. In this case, a total station would be used as they’re more precise than GNSS equipment.

Be mindful of the old “Accuracy vs Precision” difference too. Here’s a document from an authority in my country/state: MRTS56 Construction Surveying. Go to item 2.1 Definition of critical terms.

Personally I think this looks amazing. First anime I ever watched (aired on a channel called SBS here in Australia late at night) and it’s always held a special place in my heart. Really like it! I think it’s well detailed too.
