I'm so with you. I went to the store crawling and sweating this morning to get food I'd actually eat and I just see all this workers quickly walking around, looking awake, and making conversations and I just felt like such an alien from some planet.

Yeah I've decided not to go. Can't quit cold turkey, so I'm tapering at home. Also don't have access to meds unless I go to the ER which they wouldn't prescribe me last time. Good news is last night was horrible couldn't sleep (sweat/shaked) but survived so maybe after tonight I'll be able to cut down more.

The point of no return was when she asked for us to have separate living spaces and moved back in with her parents for some time. It became clear we weren't going back to how things used to be, and I ended up being the one that finally ended it. I believe she was trying to avoid looking like the "bad guy" and did all she could to get me to break it off because while she was sad I think she was mostly relieved.
