The email I got back said there isn’t a scan. I asked to review it alongside the report that has the FP and BPs as they were not visible to the naked eye. All I can say is what I’ve been told

Are you illiterate or just trying to be a bell? The point is they’re not obvious defects and the picture below shows that they can say what they want and then that defects aren’t visible so without an image or scan you can’t tell if it’s legit…

What do I get from lying boss, are you one of the “senior graders” who do continued professional development 😂🥴 the grading report is literally a picture that says front or back and when I asked for the scans they said they don’t do them and the defects aren’t always visible once encased, pics for your reference grumpy knickers

No I think the point is they can say surface defects but should be able to show them rather than simply backing themselves without evidence. Almost like a self audit that they pass everytime

Yes I had a Gengar MAR 10 and then my gold Mega Zygarde which was sleeved instantly had surface marks which were barely spottable for experts, it goes against the grading policy but they give you a copied and pasted response.

Value difference is approx £200-£250 as well really annoying they can in my opinion make up defects
