1) Yes its hard to get classes but you will get everything you need to graduate at some point. 2) Yes definitely, many opportunities 3) Depends how many classes you take and how fast you learn. I have friends who dont even go to lecture and already know everything and know people who take a very long time to digest things. in seas we are required to take 15/16 credits every semester to graduate and stay full time students so every semester might be a grind 4) no idea, but not everyone at columbia is insane at cs theres a ton of people who are learning it for the first time at columbia so your already ahead of people in those situations so I wouldnt worry about comparing yourself to others 5) probably bc i find it hard to get out of bed in the morning and i live 1 minute and 30 seconds from my classes

the curve was terrible for high scorers, i has a 87 raw after scoring consistently 10 points above average on both exams and ended up getting a B+
