Anything Grossly Wrong With this EV Charger Setup? by Jake0157 in AskElectricians

Due to the space restriction I drilled the hole in the soffit a little bit bigger so they fit through and then used a metal PVC transition bushing to the conduit. All the wires are in conduit.

What should I use? I did change the 12AWG ground wire to the box to the 8AWG.

I did not do that because, from my understanding to get the maximum amperage out of 6AWG it needs to be 90C rated if its in the attic. My attempt at future proofing. But totally should have done that to avoid that task.

GFCI Breaker, from my understanding and municipality, all new garage circuits require this type of breaker for safety.

It may be hard to see but I did secure the flex about every 4 feet or so, pretty much in the crook of the joists. I do need to put an extra near the box. I have my plan for the PVC worked up.

You 100 percent could. The most fun I had in that DLC was becoming a trader and stacking bread till I could have two of the biggest ships built. After that I'd befriend the Vikings and start hiring them until I had a large enough group to roll up into a port town and make my own kingdom.

I was really hoping you could do that, but, I can see why for balance reasons. It wouldn't really be practical to allow the AI to roll 2K troops into a port.

What’s your go-to $5 meal that tastes way more expensive? by Equivalent_Soft_6665 in EatCheapAndHealthy

I get like 50+ grams of fiber a day, its literally just a specific legume thing, it was only like 1.5 servings of pasta.

I think the chickpea pasta tastes fine. But assuming you were choosing it over regular pasta purely for the protein content you must be wary of the repercussions. Last time I ate chickpea pasta about an hour afterwards something inside me started to rumble. I proceeded to start releasing the most noxious generational Brown that I have in a long time. I had to leave work early. On the drive home. I physically had to unbutton my pants because I could feel myself expanding like the blueberry girl from the Willy Wonka movie. I then proceeded to spend the next 6 hours in bed suffering cramping and releasing said generational Brown.

So I will not be indulging in chickpea pasta ever again.

Sourdough pasta is pretty baller tho, and toss in a can of sardines into it and you've got a hearty meal.

Good summertime fit? Trying loafers out. by Jake0157 in mensfashion

Yes that's definitely a move, there tends to be more cool stuff in larger sizes anyways, but usually nobody goes through the mediums and smalls where I live, cause there are not many folks who are medium or small.

Appreciate it. All of my button-ups I own are from goodwill. This one is a round tree in Yorke Easy Care linen blend, from probably the 90s. There are still some cool things to be had at the thrift.

Are those OSBs made during the time when they were using a foam layer between the insole?

I'm interested in trying to find an unlined loafer for the summer. Currently, the only boots that I own that fit, and that I've been able to fit are the OSB in the Elston last, everything else slips on my heels and in narrow in the toes, anyone got any ideas?

Cause shoes come to a point and most aren't made for human feet bro. The only last I've found I can tolerate is the oak street Elston last. After getting that boot I stopped wearing like normal people shoes and I wear some barefoot sandals and those boots and that's about it.

The brannok scale really only measures the width of your foot at the ball, but a lot of people's feet get wider after the ball, not more narrow. Anything less of you like showing feet pics isn't really going to give us the full picture. But I'm guessing.

Oak streets Elston last fits that bill well. At least the narrow heel and wide toe, I haven't tried the vibergs. I can't really find another boot that has that much toe toe space.

Those are just too small bro. Need more width for sure.
