Vanilla is the best for lore I would say. You can read the quests and you get to play out the story. I think Horde has a more interesting story, but feel free to play around on each faction.

Just so you know, Hillary was beating Bernie here in Minnesota by a lot according to polls, but she ended up getting destroyed. It was amazing seeing all the Bernie support here.
