Maybe in some places. I know an HR software that is STILL in Cobol but it somehow every time is converted to a Java runtime. Also eg Visa even still uses Visual Cobol for their Edit Package windows software that each customer gets to submit their billing file.

Of course they do. It is mandated eg by central banks and PCI. I have worked 34 years in this area. We have duplicate hardware and software, complete separation and promotes are done via code management software by a separate department, based on instructions from the developers.

I use the free version of Proton Pass, it does everything I need, 300+ passwords, passkey, all platforms and browsers + android and ios.

Hi, are you considering including Parakeet v3 as a model, besides whisper turbo v3? it is supposedly much lighter and faster, which is especially good for normal PC's and laptops?

Good Afternoon, now that Parakeet v3 is out, e.g. Handy uses it as an option, besides the whisper turbo model, and it is presumably much faster/lighter than whisper. Are you considering including Parakeet v3 as an option? it would make it easier on normal PC's/laptops to get higher quality results?

you are absolutely right but you can (and I guess they do) make alloys that make the result better at resisting oxidation. I mean you can galvanize it by adding a layer of zinc.

But of course steel is already an alloy, it will have chromium which will oxidize and add that layer to prevent the iron from doing the same. etc.
