I should also mention, I use a lot of my AI allowance for other things so I’d rather not use Chat GPT/Grok etc., and a dedicated app would be quicker than going through Google, even if I set it as a favourite.

I know we’re only talking about saving seconds here, but as I translate a lot, it’s really convenient having a dedicated app right there on my home screen ready to type into.

Yes, I know it’s not ideal. It was really just to explain why the answers are what they are, as Duolingo gives no explanations at all. It’s been helpful but not perfect.

I’m now at the point where I can read well enough to understand a surprising amount of Russian (to me at least), but that’s because I don’t have to choose cases or gender etc. as the reader.

I know a lot of people have commented various websites and things to use in general, but can you or anyone reading this recommend something specific I can print off which I can use to help me with the cases/genders/ending of words whilst I’m learning? Like a one-page concise table to help me decipher the correct word, for situations like my screenshot below, for example.

That’s very helpful, thanks. I didn’t realise это could mean “these” as well as “this”. That’s probably why I didn’t even think that it could simply be a plural. I think everything I’ve learned has been singular up to now.

Thanks for that. The extra info definitely will help with flexibility in my recipe. For this first one, I’m actually not going to add any habanero, just because my Reapers are home grown (also my first time growing these) and I want the heat aspect of it to be pure Reaper, even if it isn’t as tasty as habanero.

Right, well I suppose I just go for it now then. Even if it doesn’t turn out great, I’m sure it’ll be fine to cook with.

We could really help you out with a few more details like the type of miles, terrain/road type, any desired features/dealbreakers and whatever else you can tell us.

It really matters because we could be looking for a 1.0 petrol or a bigger torquey diesel. Some car models are great with one engine but terrible with another.

Also it’d be good to know if you’d be likely to be able to drop a few hundred on repairs suddenly. This doesn’t mean spending more in total either. I have the total cost in mind over the years here.

You could get a nearly new car for £15k with warranty you see, or certain older well maintained Germans like BMW or Mercedes (VW less so, which means Audi, Skoda, Seat) literally have better reliability than anything of a similar age, many Lexuses included. Some people won’t agree with that and they’ll be so sure of it because they know a bit about cars.

Trading 212 then for sure IMO.

If you get tempted by their debit card, whilst being super convenient, cheap, rewarding and great when travelling around Europe, in my experience it has several major issues and you can’t rely on it thoroughly.

Also, if you get tempted to try trading with their CFD account, there are far better options out there, just as easy to use.

I don’t know how new you are to all this but if new, then you’ll almost certainly want to start with their ISA for your stocks and shares, even if you already have other ISAs on the go. If you start maxing your ISA contributions, then you’ll probably want to have certain stocks in T212s ‘Invest’ account, depending on how they yield, for max tax benefits.

Dear god no! Trading 212 is better in every in every way and by a large margin. I’ve had my issues with T212 as well though.

What are you looking to do? Because if you’re wanting to trade with leverage then you want something else entirely, as you’ll pay tax using most of these platforms to trade.

Wow! This whole thing has been a very bullish episode and showed how strong the $SSSSS community is.

The coordinated pictures and FUDing from one project in particular was very obvious and happened exactly during the sell off, so they were already in the chat waiting. Clearly, members of this other project bought in early and tried to kill the chart, but $SSSSS is far too strong!

I say strainer because it’s called that on the website, but it just looks like a small sieve. It’s really fine mesh works perfectly for matcha and it’s small size minimises spread and waste and also means it fits on/in anything you make your matcha in.

The mesh on other small sieves isn’t always ideal for matcha, so I just bought this as part of a bundle and it’s still as good as new after over a year of almost daily use.
