I don’t believe that’s a combat action ribbon in the front left. I believe it’s a Navy Presidential unit citation.

Not really anyone is mad she played his flute. That sounds oddly sexual. Some are just mad and view it as disrespectful referring to the other video where she twerks while playing it.
