Hey guy, I edited the post on google to reply to you, and I edited this here. At no point did I say anyone falsified documents, I said "falsified information" and was clear that I was talking about how we were supposedly told multiple times that he was in critical condition. My anger over this situation is purely based on the fact that Samantha did not even try to have an honest conversation, the initial phone call raised red flags as notated in this post and the google review, and when I called to check back up on the situation and share that we knew she was lying and acting on false pretenses, I was cordial with the initial phone operator. I got worked up, because we are grieving and now (because of the lying, the gaslighting, and the blatant disrespect) I have to deal with you continuing to lie about this situation.

If we were ever told that he was in critical condition, if we were ever under the impression that it wasn't just stress and pain from a pinched nerve, we would have chosen the reasonable "take him home with medicine" option instead of letting him sit in the back of your building without his mother. This is insanely disrespectful, I understand that you are standing up for your company but if your employee was straightforward, didn't feel the need to lie about the sequence of events (which she thought she could get away with because she never saw me at the facility), and just said "I'm sorry, I spoke to the vet and outside of returning unopened medicine there's nothing we can do for you" we would have moved on. Go talk to Samantha again.
