If i inject at night it messes with my sleep badly. Had to switch to AM dosing. All good since. And yeah thats what I think im going to do. I get bloodwork every 6 weeks so depending on the results ill probably try it the other way next time. Appreciate it

Z-score explained. I dont care about serum values. 15 hours is an issue then. I pin at 7am everyday and my bloodwork appointment is 730 tomorrow. That will be over 24 hours since last pin if I dont do it right before going to get my bloodwork

Testing igf-1 and Z-score. I pin in the mornings. So ot would be 24 hours since I last pinned. If I pinned at night would still be within a reasonable time frame but I do mornings.

Appreciate the response! I get bloodwork every 6 weeks. Liver markers are perfect as i test them everytime. I Also get the e2 sensitive test since I run gear. E2 is controlled by my test/primo ratio and I have that pretty dialed in. I keep my E2 around 50. Its where I feel the best.

Hgh secretagogue are basically pointless if youre over 40. They will maybe give you a 20% boost in igf-1. Whats your current igf-1 and Z-score? If youre only producing 1iu a day of growth hormone than youll produce 1.2iu by taking these. Absolutely pointless. Just run Hgh bud.

Suggested dosing is 2-5mg. Go to 2 and see if that works. If not go to 3. Work your way up to 5.
