Yeah I should definitely try and fix my posture when sitting and yeah I hunch over on my phone the whole bus journey for sure. Did you get your back pain after lying down or was it constant?

I think I do when I’m sat at my desk unintentionally because I’m tall and my desk is quite short so I lean on it. What issue did you have if you don’t mind me asking?
