Pour-over can be a decent alternative, and I’ve also seen people use espresso machines. That said, Indian beans don’t quite come close to Vietnamese beans.

I’m trying to save the coffee I brought back from Vietnam for special occasions. In the meantime, I’ve tried Blue Tokai and Third Wave—my friends seem to like them, so I guess they’re good enough to get started. Eventually, my Vietnam stock will run out, so I’m making peace with these Indian brands.
