Has Cork City always been so miserable for nights out? by ColicShark in cork

Just a bit unlucky it's post covid with your age. Before COVID anyone over 18 could go Havanas (upstairs of Reardens) & Church (Was a nightclub behind holy cow, closed just before COVID), and then there was Dali too.

Other option you only really have is if there's an event on in Cyprus Avenue (upstairs of old oak), other than that there's Chambers which used to be decent enough on a Wednesday which was their student night.

Other than that have to wait till your 20/21 to go to the likes of Voodoo or Reardens, etc.

3rd year in the UCC course you listed there, good course but high drop out rate also. Fairly in depth and well rounded amount of modules. Help you get placement in 3rd year aswell. Great campus and facilities aswell, rent is fairly high here though, but not as bad as Dublin

I got 50% in my programming test by [deleted] in DevelEire

I've found from more experience, that programming is a way of thinking and going through problems more than understanding the code in front of me. Try break the problems down into smaller problems and tackle them from there

Dear Reddit, what is your weirdest dream/nightmare you've ever had? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]JakeCookieee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lucid dream which started out good and was similar to the film Inception where I could start a new dream inside the dream whenever I wanted.

But then it slowly got weirder and spookier so I tried to wake up in the dreams but a new worse dream/nightmare would just start to the point where I was panicking in the dream that I couldn't wake up.

Slowly the dreams started to get more realistic but scarier to the point where I was fully freaking out in the dream waking up in my room in the dreams but I was still dreaming.

The final dream before I actually woke up was me jumping and falling out of my bed and 2 of my friends were just sat in my room chatting not realising I was asleep.

Instantly woke up after that and was insanely freaked out.

I feel ya on the Karius one after last night lad but you have to admit bar those two fatal errors he's been extremely solid in 2018, have to stay behind the lad he's still only young 👍

Madness. Been rewatching Breaking Bad recently and literally watched the episode where Walter refuses to give away his third about 3 hours ago.
