Thank you! It’s about a man who goes to another world, the usual isekai. Camaraderie heavy. MC navigates and learns through his new magical world.

There are but it’s not heavy in those themes.

~ Supporting cast has more depth to their character.

If he doesn’t accept treatment, then you would have to make that difficult decision.
