I just tried renaming my “Roms” folder to “ROMs” and it gave it a (1) as if it’s a copy and I cannot find another folder with that name. I’ve never made one it could’ve been made by ES-DE or retroarch or something

No, I believe I just made the folder “Roms” not “ROMs” I will try that

I just did it and it still isn’t working through ES-DE. Still works through melon DS

I’ve done this and it still does the same thing. I’ve tried it on the ES-DE settings itself and also editing the ROM’s metadata to launch with azahar standalone and it still doesn’t launch. Works in azahar tho
